We've all been there. Those days when we feel like our head is going to explode. Every little thing makes you more and more overwhelmed, and you don't know what to do, because you really need to finish whatever you are doing, but you are just so TIRED....

It's OKAY to take a break!
Stopping when you're overwhelmed is NOT quitting, it's being smart about pacing yourself.
Forcing yourself, pushing through a headache or overwhelming feeling, will only make it worse.
So take a little break, and let yourself regroup. You might just be amazed at how much more you can get done!
