Cognitive rest can feel a lot like hibernating, but it's so important for your brain! Warning signs are different for every person, because every brain is different. Some common red flags include: fatigue, headaches, confusion, or feeling "out of it".
When you're feeling any of these warning signs, give your brain a break! Drink plenty of water, avoid anything you are sensitive to (light or noise) and try to relax.
