You can do anything, but not everything!

Try not to push yourself to do EVERYTHING at one time. As a brain injury survivor, one of the things we battle is cognitive fatigue. There is limited mental energy per day. If you are feeling cognitively fatigued, remember that it's okay to take breaks! Don't be hard on yourself for not being the way you were pre-injury.
