"I am thankful that I was given another chance at life..." - Tiffany's Survivor Story

"I was in a motorcycle accident on September 20, 2014 and sustained a moderate TBI with brain bleeds, semi coma for several days. I was in the hospital for 6 weeks and lost almost 2 months of my memory. It is a miracle I'm alive and doing as well as I am. I have short term memory loss, aphasia, can't remember most people's names, mental fatigue that I deal with daily, however, I am blessed. I am thankful that I was given another chance at life. I have had opportunities to encourage others and their family who are suffering with TBI. I am participating in a clinical study to help with dizziness and balance issues and it seems to help and can help many people with TBI. I am proud to say that I am a TBI survivor." -Tiffany, TBI Survivor ••• ➡️Share your story for#braininjuryawarenessmonth!
